The mastermind behind the complete renovation of a 170 year old stage coach inn in Lampassas, Texas is leaving no stone unturned in buffing her down to her original glory. In keeping with the integrity of the remodel, the owner decided to use our reclaimed, number one grade, 2-1/4″ Oak flooring to lay on the ground level and in the 10 guest rooms. This restoration is not only a history buff’s passion, but a true work of engineering and art genius. The Keystone Star hotel even has a Wikipedia page.

ANTIQUE, RECLAIMED PINE FLOORING

McWilliams Home

This turn of the century Victorian home has hit the “new family jackpot.” The McWilliams have breathed life, love, style and traditional southern design elements into this 120 year old beauty. Part of the restoration included adding on a cook’s gourmet kitchen and the bedrooms. In doing this, the home owners wanted to match the original 3-1/4″ Pine floors in the front of her house. We blended our reclaimed Pine floors into theirs, and the job looks seemless. The McWilliams have developed their love of historic properties into a vacation rental development and home restoration comapny in in McKinney, Texas called Clover Lane Properties.
