The Dallas Dirty is Shiplap manufactured from antique, old-growth Pine lumber that once built houses, supported roofs, and held up floors all over Dallas. It’s been salvaged, cleaned, denailed, and milled to have a clean back and shiplap sides, but the aged patina on the face has been left intact.
Old Growth Pine ages into deep caramels and browns, which make up most of The Dallas Dirty, but there are some grey pieces. All boards have knots, nail holes, black spalding, and more signs of character. As with all reclaimed wood goods, no two pieces are alike, and there will be variances and differences within each lot.
The Dallas Dirty may be installed and left as is, stained, oiled, painted, or finished to your preference.
