The Dallas Dirty tongue & groove flooring is manufactured from reclaimed, antique, old-growth Pine lumber, but what makes this unique is that the “Dirty & Aged” face has been left intact. Subtle remnants of circle saw marks, color variations, grey tones, nail holes, knots, gapping, and imperfections give this solid wood floor a patina and character that cannot be duplicated.
This lumber once framed houses, supported roofs, and held up floors all over Dallas. It’s been salvaged, cleaned, denailed, and resawn, and to have a “Dirty” face, but clean back and tongue and groove sides.
As with all reclaimed wood goods, no two pieces are alike, and there will be variances and differences within each lot.
