The Dallas Dirty tongue & groove flooring is manufactured from reclaimed, antique, old-growth Pine lumber, but what makes this unique is the “Dirty & Aged” face has been left intact. Subtle remnants of circle saw marks, color variations, grey tones, nail holes, knots, gapping and imperfections give this solid wood floor a patina and character that cannot be duplicated.

This lumber once framed houses, supported roofs, and held up floors all over Dallas. It’s been salvaged, cleaned, denailed and resawn and to have a “Dirty” face, but clean back and tongue and groove sides.

As with all reclaimed wood goods, no two pieces are alike and there will be variances and differences within each lot.

All purchases through the website are for Dallas (6920 C.F. Hawn Frwy) pick up. We will gladly handle shipping on any order in the continental US. Once your purchase has been approved we will give you a call to coordinate. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY of 500 SQUARE FEET IS REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING. Please budget the following:

• For orders greater than 500 miles from Dallas, estimate $1 per sq foot, and will transit LTL. PLEASE CALL FOR A QUOTE AS LTL RATES FLUCTUATE OFTEN.

• For orders within 500 miles of Dallas, and over $1000, estimate about $1 per mile round trip and will transit via an in-house driver.

• For orders within Dallas / Fort Worth, and over $500, estimate about $1 per mile round trip for delivery and will transit via an in-house driver.
